Buying a New Home

Buying a home can be one of the top three biggest decisions you make. Yet, buying a home is a dream that should be realized by everyone. In light of that, we will listen to your needs and seek-out the best homes for you to look at when we're in the process of finding your perfect home. If we don't initially find what you're looking for, we will continue to search several times a day for new listings and will present you with each home that matches your criteria and let you decide whether to look at the home.

Ensuring our family is safe involves knowing what we can afford in buying a home. If you do not know how much home you can afford, take a look at the mortgage calculator to determine your monthly payments. This monthly payment includes only your principle and interest -- it does not include your taxes and insurance. If you would like additional information on figuring your payment, please don't hesitate to contact either one of us. This will just give you an idea . . . however, the first step you should take as a prospective homebuyer is to contact a local lender. Trudy or Brenda will be happy to provide you with the names of a few reputable lenders in Northern Colorado who can help you.

If you would like to peruse through current listings in Northern Colorado, please search the Northern Colorado MLS. Brenda or Trudy can show you and/or find additional information about any of the properties in which you are interested -- it doesn't matter who has the property listed.
