Brenda -
Realtor of Choice!
As
a single mother for many years, Brenda needed to move her own
family several times while raising
her daughter. Thus, she understands the emotional strain on the
ENTIRE family (children and pets) of buying and selling a home -- no
matter how big or small your family may be (even if you are a family
of "1", a move is very stressful). She brings that empathy, understanding,
and
compassion to all her real estate transactions.
She
desires to surpass your expectations. Brenda is a full-time Realtor,
which is critical to you as a Buyer or Seller if you want to
buy or sell a home. In addition, she is a member of the following
Realtor boards.
If
you are looking for a good Realtor in the Denver-metro
area or throughout
the United States, Brenda can help you find a Realtor who will
meet your needs -- just email or call Brenda, and she
will put you in-touch
with a professional in your area.
Strong Roots
in Northern Colorado
Brenda went to
high school and graduated from Windsor High School in 1981,
so her roots in Northern Colorado are deep. After graduation,
she lived in both Loveland and Fort Collins.
Her
daughter, Karen, was born, at McKee Medical Center in Loveland
in 1985. The two of them lived in Fort Collins until 1990, when
they moved to Denver, where they stayed
for the
next
14 years.
A
number of years
ago, Brenda finally returned to her roots and settled down in Loveland.
Additionally, Karen also recently moved
back to Loveland, and is attending Front
Range Community College in Fort Collins. Karen enjoys
working as a server at Henry's
Pub in downtown
Loveland when she is not going to school.
Prior
to becoming a Realtor, Brenda
enjoyed a successful career as a Business / Systems Analyst in
the high-tech industry
during most
of the time she was raising Karen. In that capacity, she worked
with customers and gathered their
business
requirements for their software applications and was then responsible
for ensuring those requirements were developed by the technical staff.
She
is,
in essence, doing the same thing now as a Realtor. Brenda
will listen to your dreams --
whether you're selling a home, buying a home, or both -- and ensure
that your real estate dreams are met as
best as possible.
In
her spare time, Brenda enjoys
* hiking
* biking
* RVing
* working-out
* attending independent films
* going to independent coffee houses
* hanging-out at independent bookstores
Brenda
is
also an avid Colorado
Rockies and Denver
Broncos fan.
In
addition to her daugther, Brenda has a life partner and three cats
-- Ally, McTavish ("Mac"
for short), and Kookie (pronounced "Cookie"). They also have
recently adopted (or been adopted by) an outdoor "garage" cat
-- Blackie.
